As an Estate Strategist, Casey works nationwide with clients and their families to best utilize their wealth to meet their lifetime and legacy goals. Prior to joining Beacon Pointe, Casey practiced as a Trusts and Estates Attorney focusing on all aspects of estate planning, and the administration of trusts and estates. Casey advised individuals and families on overall wealth and estate planning, including gifting strategies, gift tax compliance, and assisting individuals and banks acting in fiduciary capacities in matters of estate and trust administration. Casey earned his B.S. in Legal Studies with a minor in Business from the University of Central Florida and his J.D. from Ave Maria School of Law, with a concentration in Estate Planning, Business Planning, Tax, and Real Estate. Casey is a member of the Florida Bar Association and is a frequent speaker at local group meetings on the topic of Probate Administrations. Outside of the office, Casey enjoys spending time with his wife and three children in the beautiful Florida weather, coaching youth sports, and fishing.
