Partner, Managing Director
Reed is a Partner and Managing Director at Beacon Pointe Advisors and has over 35 years of financial planning experience. Reed is passionate about helping his clients meet their financial goals, forming close relationships, and ushering them through many of life’s milestones. Prior to merging with Beacon Pointe in 2023, Reed was a Partner at Bleakley Financial Group. Reed is a graduate of Lehigh University with a bachelor’s degree in finance. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® (CFP®) and Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU®). Reed and his wife, Susan, live in Essex Fells, NJ, and share five children. Outside of the office, Reed enjoys playing tennis, reading, listening to the Grateful Dead, spending time with his family in Cape Cod, and walking Quinn (the family golden retriever).

James specializes in delivering a comprehensive investment strategy, aligning clients’ investments with their overall financial objectives, and gaining a deep understanding of their aspirations, risk tolerance, and long-term vision, while also carefully managing tax considerations. James graduated from the College of Wooster earning a business economics degree and holds a Series 65 license. An avid outdoors enthusiast, James loves exploring nature with his partner, Addison, and their dog, Astro. In his free time, James indulges in tech-centric passion projects and working on his classic car.

Senior Wealth Advisor
Justin is a Senior Wealth Advisor at Beacon Pointe Advisors with nearly two decades of extensive financial services experience under his belt. Justin is responsible for providing clients with comprehensive financial planning experience including estate, retirement, tax, and risk management planning, along with investment management; developing holistic financial strategies to help clients meet their goals. Justin holds a degree from William Paterson University and is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® (CFP®) professional, a Retirement Income Certified Professional (RICP®), and a Professional Plan Consultant® (PPC®). Residing in New Jersey with his wife, Lindsay, and their three children, Justin derives fulfillment from outdoor pursuits, golf, fitness activities, and cherished moments with his family.
