Michael Kane is a senior member of the advisory team at Beacon Pointe’s Dallas office and has over 30 years of investment experience. Michael has extensive experience working with individuals, families, and foundations an utilizes comprehensive strategies to help each client realize their financial goals. Michael earned a B.S. in Finance from Babson College, an M.B.A. from Southern Methodist University and he is a holder of the Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA®) designation.  Michael moved to Dallas in 1979, attended high school in the area and has developed deep roots.  He began his professional career as a market marker at the Chicago Board Options Exchange in 1989 and has been in the investment advisory business since 1991. He is active in the Dallas community and is currently serving as a trustee on the Board of Trustees for Legacy Senior Communities and as a member of the Investment Committee of the Dallas Jewish Community Foundation.  Away from the office, Michael enjoys spending time with his family (wife, son and two golden retrievers), traveling, hiking, cycling, and playing tennis.
