Julia is an Associate Wealth Advisor in Beacon Pointe’s Greenwood Village office and is responsible for partnering with the investment and financial planning teams to provide customized solutions for clients with a personalized wealth management experience to ensure their financial goals are met. Prior to joining Beacon Pointe, Julia was an advisor service representative in Denver and, before that, worked as a private equity fund accountant. Julia graduated summa cum laude from Colorado Christian University with a degree in accounting and business administration with an emphasis in finance and is actively pursuing her CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® (CFP®) license. Outside of the office, she enjoys exploring coffee shops in Denver and taking advantage of the beautiful Colorado outdoors, whether playing volleyball or hiking in the mountains with friends and family.

Kelly Valenzuela is the Relationship Manager for Beacon Pointe’s Greenwood Village, Colorado office where she coordinates day-to-day client service activities. Kelly has spent 25 years in the financial services industry with a strong focus on client service and operational excellence. Prior to joining Beacon Pointe, Kelly spent 15 years as the Operations Manager for The Retirement Planning Specialists (which merged with Beacon Pointe in 2021). Before that, she worked in a variety of other roles including stints at Van Kampen Funds (now Invesco) and in the sports disability insurance industry. A native of Houston, Kelly attended Texas State University and has lived in Colorado for 15 years. Outside of the office, she enjoys photography, camping, swimming, live music, and spending time with her daughter and dog in the abundant Colorado sunshine.

Sean Curley is a Partner and the Managing Director of Beacon Pointe’s Greenwood Village, CO office. Sean has spent his career helping clients prepare for and enjoy a secure and comfortable retirement in the context of an ongoing, long-term relationship. His recommendations are based on a careful understanding of each client’s specific situation, coupled with thorough analysis and an evidence-based approach to retirement issues and investment management.
