Client Service Manager
Lorraine is a Client Service Manager with over ten years of experience in the financial services industry. She is responsible for partnering with Beacon Pointe’s advisory team to enhance the client service experience and foster client relationships. Her responsibilities include administration, processing new and existing account paperwork, money transfers, and communicating with clients while providing the highest level of service. Prior to joining Beacon Pointe, Lorraine worked for Bennicas & Associates (which merged with Beacon Pointe in 2023). Earlier in her career, Lorraine held roles as an administrative supervisor and director of brand development for a prominent entertainment licensing and merchandising company in the Bay Area. Outside the office, Lorraine enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, hiking, and kayaking.
