Nicole Stines, SHRM-SCP
Director of Human Capital
Nicole is one of the Directors of Human Capital and is responsible for providing strategic guidance and leadership for all aspects of the human resources function. Nicole leads the firm’s human capital strategy, driving initiatives that support employee engagement, leadership development, and operational excellence. She partners closely with executives and managers to ensure HR practices align with the company’s mission, scale with growth, and foster a high-performance culture. She brings over a decade of HR leadership experience with a focus on HR strategy, people operations, organizational transformation, and HR M&A. After her time as a collegiate athlete, she recognized that the dynamics in building high performing teams in athletics was incredibly similar to building high performing teams in the workplace, leading her to a career in human resources. Prior to joining Beacon Pointe, Nicole served as a Head of People for various high-growth startups, creating and leading initiatives in compensation, performance management, M&A, and HR strategy. She has also supported organizations through rapid scaling and international compliance challenges. She holds a B.A. in Strategic Communications from The Ohio State University, a Master’s in Human Resources Development from Villanova University, and is a Society of Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP). Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, cooking new recipes, coaching high school girls lacrosse, and skiing.
