Monika Wahlen
Executive Assistant
Monika is the Executive Assistant to the CEO and is passionate about optimizing executive workflows and daily operations. Monika brings over 20 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate as well as office administration, supporting top-level executives. Prior to joining Beacon Pointe, Monika spent eight years serving as Senior VP of Operations and Executive Assistant to the CEO of Watson & Associates, a commercial land development company based in Orange County. Monika is originally from Poland and fell in love with Southern California when she moved here as a young adult, she is newly married and is a proud mom of two adult children. Outside of the office, she enjoys traveling with her husband, daily walks, exercising, and spending time with family and friends.
