Heidi Benavidez brings over two decades of investment advisory and financial services experience and is a managing director and partner at Beacon Pointe Advisors. Prior to joining Beacon Pointe, she was a Senior Wealth Manager at BNY Mellon before her role as Managing Partner at Pacific Edge Advisors (which merged with Beacon Pointe in 2021). In addition to managing the investment holdings of her predominantly business owner clientele, she prepares comprehensive financial plans including cash flow, leverage, and tax analysis. She also assists clients with developing wealth transfer and charitable giving plans. Heidi graduated from California State University Long Beach with a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, and Law with a concentration in Investments and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA®) designation. Heidi is passionate about empowering women both personally and professionally and is an active member of Beacon Pointe’s Women’s Advisory Institute. Outside of the office, Heidi enjoys yoga, hiking, cheering her kids on at their activities, and traveling with her family.
