Cal is a Wealth Advisor and is responsible for partnering with Beacon Pointe’s investment and financial planning teams to provide customized solutions that help clients meet their financial goals. With almost two decades of experience within the financial services industry, Cal has held a variety of positions including institutional equity sales, fixed income trading, and wealth management. Prior to joining Beacon Pointe, he was a Wealth Advisor at First Foundation Advisors in Irvine, California, where he specialized in investment management and comprehensive financial planning for high-net-worth individuals and families.  Cal was born and raised in Missoula, Montana and holds a B.A. in Mathematics from Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, Minnesota. He also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designations. Outside of work, Cal enjoys surfing, cooking, traveling, and spending time with his wife, son, and dog.
