Senior Client Service Associate
Robert is responsible for partnering with Beacon Pointe’s investment and wealth management teams to enhance the client service experience. His responsibilities include account administration, processing new and existing account paperwork, money transfers, and communicating with clients to provide the highest levels of service. Prior to joining Beacon Pointe, Robert worked for American Express as an Account Protection Lead Specialist, and other financial institutions like BBVA Compass (now PNC Bank) as an Assistant Branch Manager. Outside of the office, Robert enjoys playing board/card games, doing puzzles and online gaming via PC.
