Below is a map of the meeting space in the hotel. The registration desk for the conference will be located outside the meeting rooms on Monday, 2/27 for Diamond Sponsors and Tuesday, 2/28 at 4:00 pm.
5:00 – 6:00 pm: Advisor Welcome Cocktail Reception location Monarch Bay Sunset Terrace
Leadership sessions will meet in the Pavilion meeting rooms on 2/28 and transition to The Ritz-Carlton Ballroom space 3/01 and 3/02. This area will include a general meeting area and breakout rooms will be located in Salon 1, 2, and Plaza. Breakfast and lunch will be held on the Monarch Bay Courtyard located outside the doors of the meeting space.

- Virtual Presentations: Sponsors who have speakers presenting virtually will receive the Zoom link prior to your segment. I will reach out separately to confirm.
